I'm Gabby — health coach for women. I'm here to help you lose weight the way you want to live it.

Meet Gabby

It is said that it takes about 21 days to develop a habit, so I glean that 30 days of consistency is adequate time to build momentum and achieve a goal.

Goal setting makes you aware.  It draws your attention to important aspects of your life.  It questions your previous approach and draws light on your errors and oversights.

It helps you picture the future that you desire and motivates you to make it happen.

For this challenge, you will focus on something you’ve wanted to do, something you set your mind to do this year, something that’s really important to you.

You don’t have to wait for 2018 anymore to start dieting, exercising, reading a chapter of a book a day, wiring several words hourly daily, spending quality time (undivided attention) with your significant other or children daily, dropping a habit that’s limiting you or you feel guilty about.

Most times, the one thing that stands in the way of our progress is ourselves.

Understanding who you truly are – your strengths, weaknesses, values and purpose largely affects how your life turns out.

If something is important to you, and you believe that you truly deserve it, then you will do whatever you ought to do (legally of course) to achieve it.

“If a goal is worth having, it’s worth blocking out the time in your day-to-day life necessary to achieve it.” _ Jill Koenig

The good thing about a 30-day challenge is that it allows you focus on small changes that you do daily and helps to build momentum without overwhelm from trying to making big changes or all the changes you need to do at the same time.

This of course is more sustainable.

Successful people aren’t born that way. There might be a streak of focus in their personality but they have to stay consistent in order to be productive.

3 things that will happen to you if you are fully participative during the course of this challenge.

You will:

  • Dramatically go from being merely an achiever to becoming a super achiever.
  • Learn to set goals and focus on achieving results.
  • Finally do something you’ve always wanted or need to do!

It is my sincere hope that after this challenge there will be major improvements in your overall life.

That you will become clearer on all the things you want out of life. On the things that matter to you.

Whether it be more self-confidence, getting your groove back, better health, finding happiness, knowing who you are or living life to the fullest, we will guide you to becoming a different person through this challenge.

It’s time to stop playing small and start climbing heights doing the things that matter to you. You know you want this.

Welcome to minding the business of your life.

Are you ready for this?
